Director

Jonathan Cetel has more than 15 years experience working in communications and government relations for education nonprofits. He most recently served as the Director of External Affairs at the Camden Education Fund. From 2012-2018, he served as the founding executive director of PennCAN, a statewide education advocacy organization. In 2013, he was honored by Forbes 30 under 30 as one of the most influential young leaders in education. Jonathan began his career in education as a middle school reading teacher in Philadelphia. He holds a BA in History and an MA in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two children.
