Account Manager

Lupita is a communications and community outreach professional with more than 15 years of experience. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of Neighborhood Schools, a Houston-based non-profit committed to building bridges between schools and the Houston community and increasing educational opportunities for all students. Lupita served as the communications director for KIPP Houston, where she oversaw student recruitment and media relations. Lupita is a KIPP Academy alumna from the very first KIPP class in 1994. Lupita volunteers extensively to revitalize her North Houston neighborhood and is Vice President of the Eastex/Jensen Super Neighborhood. Lupita has a BS in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Lupita enjoys the outdoors, photography, and spending time with her husband and seven-year-old son.
